“We have had the best experience building our pool with Mineral pools. We first wanted to go with a fibre glass pool on the assumption costs would be lower, less yard impact and a much shorter duration. Our concrete pool turned out that to be about the same in terms of costs and yard impact (as the machines did the dig really well and was professionally supervised). In terms of time frame, duration for fibre glass (including wait/order time) was going to be more than the time it took for our concrete pool to be ready.
Cam is very knowledgeable and super nice to deal with which was the biggest tick in the box for us. Definitely the best and the right pick from the 7 quotes we got. Our pool was ready and filled in just over 6 weeks as promised. We were very impressed with the way Cam had everything planned and organised at every stage to minimise delays. And his communication was great and he always kept us updated and patiently and promptly answered my very,many questions. And when any issues came up, Cam sorted it out quickly and with minimal impact to us. He has and continues to offer us great after sales service.
